Top 5 Life Lessons I Learnt From Netflix`s Squid Game

Squid Game has been a very successful Korean drama which has since drawn Great reviews, memes and reaction from major part of the world. An educative survival drama with great touch on human rights issues faced by some set of people. The writing is brilliant with great cast roles. It contains Various Life Lessons wish when learnt and understood provides great leap to a Good Life. Here are the Lessons I learnt :

1. The Rich are always a step ahead: The rich don`t venture into anything without adequate research and proven result. This is what the poor mostly lack. In Squid Game, Seong  Gi-hun played ddakji with an un-known well dressed for Money without knowing how well the man has researched so well about it before that encounter. Seong Gi hun wanted to get his back to the man when he finally got a win, but the man politely held his hand and placed cash in it. The rich so well understand the game of the poor because most poor virtually live to eat than rather eat to live. Wealth is a huge form of power in which the rich posses. The Rich makes higher rules.  Every law from the rich comes with some level of strictness and are subjected to changes especially when not in their favors.

2. All man for himself: This implies that you only know a 100% about yourself. During the Second Game Session in the drama Squid Game, teams were created within the mates. Sang-woo didn’t warn his teammates despite having a clue but just tried to go out for him-self by picking the easiest shape. Try to verify people`s intention before giving out your trust out. Don’t judge base of past record, try to re-verify if they are still with you.

3. Watch your footpath while you push for your goal: As Much as your goal is important to achieve, the method or manner of approach you choose to get it achieved is also important. Seong Gi-hun was after getting to the finish line and couldn’t notice there was a body ahead of him which caused him to almost fall.

4. Poverty comes with a Stain, Try to stay Debt Free: Through A vote activated from the conditions which granted them freedom, most mates still couldn’t resist the attempt to continue cause they had huge debt to pay. A borrower is always a slave to the lender just as written in the bible.  Try as much as possible to stay away from loan shark and bad debt. It drains idea and makes one subtle to different un-reasonable offers.

5. Read the Terms and Conditions: Research has showed that Terms and Conditions attached to products or services are hardly being read. Squid Game showed how important Terms and conditions. This was what Sang-woo used to unlock the voting option which gave then a chance to quit. Read yours today.

How Funke Akindele Sacked Juliana ‘Toyo Baby’ Olayode From ‘Jenifa’s Diary’ Because Of N3000

There were rumors that Funke Akindele and Juliana Olayode, who plays Toyo Baby on Jenifa’s Diary, have parted ways. According to TNS, Funke Akindele cut off Toyo Baby from the widely watched TV series over what the latter termed ‘bad pay’.   A source disclosed that Olayode and Funke parted ways after the former requested from a pay rise from Funke who felt that she’s an ingrate considering the fact that Olayode rose to stardom through her appearance on the widely-watched show. More sources close to SceneOneProductions, producers of Jenifa’s Diary, further revealed to TNS that the producer of the show, Funke Akinkele via her production manager and younger sister – Abimbola – pays actors between N3,000 and N150,000 (per episode/season of the show) depending on the role. An actress who spoke to TNS under the condition of anonymity via text message narrated how she was paid what she termed ‘peanuts’ by Akindele’s team af...
