Well celebrated Yoruba actor, Muyiwa Ademola and wife celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary recently. The role interpreter took to Instagram to appreciate his wife as he shared photos with her. For the first time since its inception in 2004, 13 years ago, popular Nigerian TV show, ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ has gone on a temporal break. The show’s host, Frank Edoho announced this break is because the show’s sponsor, MTN Nigeria has pulled out. Season 13 of the popular family quiz show ended yesterday, 25th of June, 2017 and won’t be back until the show gets a new sponsor. Property worth millions of naira was reportedly destroyed by fire on Sunday at the House on the Rock church on James Wolfesen Drive, Airport Road, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Our correspondent learnt that the fire, which was said to have started from a power plant, occurred at about 2pm, after the Sunday service had been concluded. The fire, which engulfed the church premises, located behind the Nigerian Basketball Federation Stadium, could be observed from the neighbouring Garki, Jabi and Gwarinpa areas, which are at least 10 kilometres away. When our correspondent got to the scene of the fire, motorists and other eyewitnesses said nobody could ascertain the cause of the fire. Despite the rainfall in the area, the fire continued for about an hour as firefighters from the Federal Fire Service and other agencies came to the scene to salvage the situation. Femi Makinde, Osogbo  The Osun State Governor, Mr. Rauf Aregbesola, has blamed insincerity on the part of the management and workers of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, for the crisis rocking the institution. The governor, who said this in a statement issued on Sunday by his Commissioner for Information, Mr. Adelani Baderinwa, urged stakeholders and members of the public to prevail on the management and workers of the institution to be sincere and stop frustrating the efforts of the owner states in resolving the crisis. The governor said the two owner states – Oyo and Osun – engaged the services of an audit firm, KPMG, to audit the university’s accounts but some ‘internal enemies’ in the institution were frustrating the audit.
