"So So Shameful": Okoye Brothers: Peter, Paul & Jude Almost Fought At Lawyer’s Office – Video

It really a pity to see Okoye brothers fighting like kids in their lawyers office. It is indeed a let down for those of us who value the “value of family” so much and it is indeed disheartening. Though most of us know is a matter of time, the PSquare brothers will separate, yet its a blow. The PSquare brothers, who helped to change the face of the music industry in Nigeria, filmed verbally abusing each other and nearly coming to blows during a mediating session at their lawyer’s office. The video footage below was made available by Linda Ikeji This post first appeared on www.deykhogsblog.blogspot.com

PSG offer Cavani €1million to hand over penalty duties to Neymar

Edinson Cavani has turned down a €1million bonus in exchange for conceding Paris Saint-Germain’s penalties to Neymar, according to El Pais. Cavani would receive the bonus for finishing the season as Ligue 1’s top goalscorer. However, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, has reportedly offered to pay out that sum, whether or not he finishes atop the scoring charts. Only on the condition that he surrenders penalty duties to his Brazilian team-mate. Al-Khelaifi is also understood to have sent representatives to convince Neymar to drop the dispute, explaining that the world’s most expensive footballer, should allow Cavani take penalties to maintain his confidence up front. However, the former Barcelona forward apparently did not agree with that logic.

Tame Me Now Or I Tame You Later

Tame Me Now, Or I Tame You Later Biblical Steps On Controlling Anger By Okeke Joshua Okekejoshua312@gmail.com Anger according to the English dictionary means a strong feeling of displeasure, hostility nor antagonism toward someone or something, usually combined with an urge to harm. The English dictionary explains anger well. Anger is a natural thing and everyone gets angry. The bible says in Ephesians 4:26a " In your anger, do not sin", meaning that God knows that anger is in the human nature. The passage went on saying that "do not sin" meaning that anger can be abnormal when you allows it to control you to sining. That is what makes anger simply unhealthy. Allowing this anger to control us ends us doing unrighteous things which are against God's desire(James 1:20). Anger is fully capable of destroying our relationship with God and other people around us(2 kings17:18). God decided to remove the people of isreal from his presence and leaving only the peop...

Student protest rejects university admission cut-off marks

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has rejected the cut-off points for admission into tertiary institutions, describing the reduction as a gross misplacement of priority and exercise in futility. NANS Vice President Olamide Odumosu, spoke at a protest by the group at the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) in Bwari, on Thursday. Odumosu said that the reduction in the cut-off points would only lead to corruption as well as worsen the level of academic performance of students. He added that NANS had supported the present administration in its fight against corruption, but the recent development was an act of exploitation on Nigerian students. “JAMB in conjunction with Vice Chancellors and Provosts is exploiting Nigerian students, thereby reducing the level of education in the country. “JAMB giving us 120 as a cut-off mark for Nigeria universities is a slap to our country.” Odumosu added that the association would mobilise students acro...

After 50 years, is Nigeria on the verge of another civil war?

Fisayo Soyombo an editor of the International Centre for Investigative Reporting (ICIR) in this piece says renewed secessionist calls from ethnic groups is real reason to worry that it could prompt another war. On August 1, 1966, after the collapse of last-ditch attempts by Nigeria's power brokers to prevent the impending civil war, Lieutenant Colonel Odumegwu Ojukwu said only one thing would make the rebels cease fire: "that the Republic of Nigeria be split into its component parts; and all southerners in the North be repatriated to the South and that Northerners resident in the South be repatriated to the North". On May 30, 1967, Oxford-educated Ojukwu declared Biafra an independent state in the southeast of the country. On July 6, 1967, civil war broke out in Nigeria, which claimed more than a million lives in just three years. Fast-forward to June 2017. Irked by renewed secessionist calls from the same Igbo ethnic group, a coalition of northern groups issued a notice,...
